Our Full Furnished Staging packages are designed to transform any property into a warm and inviting home. We ensure no stone is left unturned, all that we require is a clean, empty space.
Our Partial Furnished Staging option offers a flexible solution to elevate your home. As some of your existing furniture remains, we thoughtfully introduce key pieces to enhance the home.
Wren's standard Ballarat home staging includes the initial set up and style, 6-week furniture hire and removal. Extensions for furniture hire can be requested at an additional weekly fee.
Presale Consulting
In addition to staging we offer property preparation services. Through fresh and experienced eyes, our attention is focused on details which can detract from your home, turning possible buyers away.
Suggestions can range from the removal of certain furniture and items to minor cosmetic changes to achieve your property's potential and maximise your profit.
This service can be as simple or as extensive as required. Generally, any upgrades are done prior to real estate valuations, allowing time for contractors to be engaged and potential jobs to be completed.
Our Process
Consult
An initial inspection of your property to evaluate costs and suggest necessary or beneficial improvements to the property before install. This service is complimentary and only takes twenty minutes.
Quote & Prepare
A formal quote is sent to you following our visit. This outlines costs payments and terms and conditions. Further any necessary furniture removal, cleaning and building works are to be arranged in this period.
Install
We carefully select and source furnishings and stock to compliment the architecture and personality of the project. Our team of stylists and removalists install and set your property; ready for photos, inspection and sale.
Removal
Once we have been notified that your property has sold, all furnishings are removed and the empty property is conveniently ready for the new owners.
